A guest lecture on Book Building was organized on September 14, 2015. Prof. Manoj Louis Ambrose, Assistant Professor, GFGC, Kavoor was the resource person. The program was organised with aim to enlighten the students about SEBI and its role in IPO.Second to understand book building process.He explained the methods and procedures involved in book building. In his address he said SEBI being the regulatory body for capital market monitors the book building process. He also explained he need and the impact of book building process and answered the queries of the students. 80 students of final year B.com benefitted from this programme.
