Department of Business Management always aim at strengthening the skills of the students to think beyond their comfort zone and to compete in the global market. Keeping in mind this aim, Soft Skill Training was organised to the BBA students on January 16, 2016 from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm. The faculty facilitators of MSNM Post Graduate Centre for PG Studies Mr Sachin R Chandra and Ms. Deeksha conducted the programme. The training was given on team building and communication skills which enabled the students to dig out their potentials. These skills are the needs of the hour to face the competition and challenges in the market. It is also required to maintain the good public relations. 60 students benefitted from the programme. The students have also enjoyed and appreciated the management games conducted by the facilitators. These programmes are most useful for enhancing the confidence level, facing challenges and maintaining good relations
The students found the talk very interesting and informative. It helped them to realise that they need to work hard for sharpening their interpersonal skills. This activity strived to achieve the core values of fostering global competency and eliciting quest for excellence amongst the students
