An activity ‘Pick and Speak’ was organised on 10th February 2016 by the staff in charge of Women Empowerment Cell Mrs Ashalatha and Mrs Smitha M. in order to build in the confidence among students.
Each student was given an opportunity to pick a particular topic on the spot and think over the same, this helped the students in improvising their stress management skills that is how well they can think while they have stress about the barriers of time. Students were also asked to present the selected topic for at least 3 minutes keeping in mind the importance of communication skills to face the present challenges of the world. 11 members of the association actively participated in this activity.
