71st Independence Day was celebrated in our college. The chief guest Sri Guruprasad Shetty, Advocate and an alumni of our college hoisted the National Flag. Speaking on the occasion he reminded the students of their duties towards the country. He stressed on the need to follow the Swatch Bharath programme and called on the students to use Swadeshi Products. The Principal Dr.K.V. Malini in her message to the students spoke on self discipline which will awaken the potential within us and contribute towards development of our country.
Patriotic Group song competition, Elocution competition on the topic “ India Against Terrorism ”, Patriotic song and skit completion on the topic “Patriotism” were held on this occasion.
