NSS unit of the college celebrated Sadbhavana Day on August 31, 2017.The birth day of Late Sri. Rajiv Gandhi the prime minister of India is celebrated as Sadbhavana Day. Dr. Malini K.V. ,principal of the college presided over the function. In her address to the students she said good feeling about everyone is a pre-requisite to live in society with peace and harmony. Smt. Rekha Devi librarian of the college was the chief guest. She said essence of all the religions in the world is same. No religion preaches hatred. In this programme three students from different religion spoke about the teachings of their respective religion. In their presentations they highlighted that all religion teaches to respect other religion and humanity is the greatest religion. 125 students participated in this programme. The sadbhavana Oath was administered by Mrs. Dejamma , NSS officer to the students.
