A seminar on the topic governing body and consumers was held to the students of Consumer Forum by Prof. Ravi Prabha, Besant Womens’ College, Mangalore on August 31, 2017. She enlightened the students about the Parliament system and Indian Constitution. Students were made aware of the regulating bodies in Consumer Protection Organisation and the role of Government in Consumer Education. The seminar was very informative. 22 students actively took part in this session
