A programme on soft skill was conducted for the final year students under placement and Career guidance cell on September 04, 2017. The resource person for the programme was Mr. Ramesh K G, Asst. Prof. Dept MBA, Sahyadri college of Management and Mrs. Sushma, Asst. Prof. Dept MBA, Sahyadri college of Management Mangaluru. Talking with student, he said soft skills include the ability to adopt the changing circumstances and the willingness to learn through experience and are applicable across multiple disciplines and career. He said it is important for the students to develop soft skills as they prepare to enter the workforce. Various sessions were conducted where students were trained on how to prepare CV, Group discussions, problem solving etc. More than 200 students attended the program. Placement Officer Dr. Prashanth co-ordinated the programme.
