NSS unit of the college participated in International Coastal Cleaning programme on September 16, 2017 organised by Indian Coast Guard. The cleaning work was done in Panambur beach. Totally 55 volunteers participated in the programme. Besides our college many voluntary organisations participated in the programme.
Beach cleaning programme in association with coast guard of Mangalore was an opportunity for the students to interact with coast guard and learn the importance of cleaning coasts. Students learnt to value of cleanliness and thereby contributing to national development.
