NSS Day was celebrated on September 24, 2017. NSS flag was hoisted by the chief guest Ms. Nelvita Noronha, a recipient of best NSS volunteer of Mangalore University and one among the Indian Team participated in the Youth Exchange Programme held at China. She motivated the students and said that if you give 240 hours to NSS, NSS will give life to you. One can develop their personality by involving actively in National Service. Dr. Malini KV, Principal of the college presided over the function and appreciated the students for their active participation in the community service. On this occasion the prizes were distributed to the winners of various competitions. The programme ended with National Anthem and sweets were distributed. 157 volunteers participated in this programme.
