A study field trip was conducted on September 2, 2017 at Kotekar, Someshwar beach for 25 first BZC students. During these visit, different types of freshwater and marine algae, fungi and bryophyte species were collected. Students were able to identify the different species algaes, fungi and bryophytes.
The members actively participated collecting samples identified by them. It increased their observational skill that serves as a basis for scientific investigation.
