A Parent- Teachers Meet was conducted on February 16, 2018 to communicate students’ regularity, performance and progress to the parents.The main purpose of meet was to create a common platform, where teacher and parents come together to enrich the student’s educational experiences and discuss variety of issues, regarding all round development of students. Altogether 65 partcipants were there. Prof. Pushpalatha, Head of the Department gave the inaugural speech & introduced all the teachers concerned. In her address she identified the key roles of stakeholders and said parents are the connecting link between students, teachers and institution. A couple of parents also shared their feedback and gave constructive suggestions. With this, the meet was adjourned and thereafter the teachers were available for one-to-one discussion where parents reviewed the academic progress of their wards also discussed about the attendance status, behavioral and other related aspects.
The parents gave a very positive feedback for the programme as well as about the participation of faculty staff in all the academic as well as co-curricular activities. Parents also praised the faculty and were happy about faculty’s effort to improve their ward’s future
