Teaching is the profession that teaches all other profession and so do a teacher / educationist. Every profession is considered to be adding value to the services which they render to the betterment and welfare of thesociety. However, teaching profession is considered to be the supreme and noble of all other professions as teachers are architect of the future generation.
Similarly, every profession gives them professional experiences in the form of opportunities, challenges, learning inputs worthwhile sharing with others, etc. Thus, with this thought and concern in sharing of professional experiences, team member, Ms. AnusreeValsaraj P. M., of first year BBA, took a personal interviewwith a teacher who then transformed as a leading educational entrepreneur, Mr. C. Anil Kumar, the Chairman of Kannur College of Commerce, Kannur on 19th March 2018.
Keeping in mind the objective of the activity, Mr. C. Anil Kumar was interviewed with a list of informative questions reflecting the multi-faceted role of a teacher emphasising on the contributions, emerging issues, challenges, opportunities, recent trends and developments, etc. Questions focusing on sharing personal professional experiences which could be of learning tips for others too were asked. Total 2 students took part in this event.
The responses and feedback received by Mr. C. Anil Kumar for each of the questions asked to him is really noteworthy. Thus, his professional experience in the form of feedback and responses shared is truly going to be beneficial for the concerned stakeholder as it will serve as a learning input for them and also contribute in their professional development too. The entire interview is captured in the form of video clipping and is intended to share amongst the stakeholders concerned so as to benefit the larger community.
