The Department of Kannada conducted a seminar on Konkani poet Bakibab Borker’s poem ‘Yethenaa Tuvem Haadalem Kithem’ on September 29, 2018 at the college Seminar Hall. Mr.Gurudath Bantvalkar, Director, World Konkani Centre, Shakthinagar Mangaluru, was the resource person. He briefly explained about Konkani Literature and the contribution of BakibabBorkerto Konkani Literature.130 students actively participated in the seminar. Mrs.Vani U.S, Head of the Department, and Mrs. Thara Kumari were present. Ms. Mayuri introduced and welcomed the guests. Mr. Dhanush proposed the vote of thanks.
