The NSS units organized a lecture on Manthras for Healthy living- Role of lifestyle and self-care on March 6, 2019. Dr. Animesh Jain, Professor and Head Community Medicine KMC Medical College Mangaluru was the resource person. He answered to the quires of the students. 150 NSS volunteers attended the programme.
