Soft Skills are essential for becoming an effective manager, employers or employees of global business. Students need to invest in sharpening their analytical and inter-personal skills. With this idea, a personality grooming session was organized to create awareness among final year B. Com. students on July 24, 2019. In this session Mr. Prajwal, trainer of Gillette Guard Company emphasized on appearance, confidence, interpersonal skills etc. He then conducted a variety of activities and a written test was conducted to know the students awareness on current affairs. Abhishek Shetty of Final B.Com. got an opportunity to be the intern of Gillette Guard after completing his graduation.
100 students participated in this programme.The students found the talk very interesting and informative. It helped them to realise that they need to work hard for sharpening their grooming and communication skills
