The centre for advanced studies in commerce and management had organized guest lecture on “Personality development” on July 31, 2019 by Ms Eva Manorama,H.O.D, Dept of Commerce & Management, Milagress College, Mangalore. She has enlightened the students about the importance of personality development in the present scenario. She explained the concept of enhancing and grooming one’s outer and inner self to bring about positive changes in life. She highlighted on improving communication skills, widening ones scope of knowledge, learning etiquettes and manners etc.She also elaborated the effect of self-esteem on the personality of an individual. The programme was attended by 15 students
