A seminar on “Medical Negligence was conducted for the members of Consumer Forum Association on August 28, 2019 in Commerce Lab at 3.15 PM. The resource person Mrs. Sushma R. Shetty Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce educated the members regarding what are Medical Negligence, its types, what are the acts that amount to Medical Negligence, actions to be taken and remedies available to the victims in case of Medical Negligence with examples. 20 members of Consumer Forum Association along with the staff coordinators Mrs. Jayashree Shetty and Mrs. Ashalatha participated in this session.
