The Career guidance, placement and Entrepreneurship Development Cell has organised a workshop on “Career guidance and interview cracking skills “ on September 12 and 13, 2019 in association with ITM Group of Institutions, Bangalore, in Smt. RatnaBai Memorial Hall. This workshop was conducted to all final year students of BBA, B.com. BCA, BSc, M.Com and the student representatives of First year and Second year Degree courses and the secretaries of all associations as well. For each group two hours training was imparted. 340 students took the benefit of this programme.
The resource person Ms.Jaishree Chaugule, Sr. Trainer, Navi Mumbai, in her address stressed the importance of ABC technique for enhancing the value of learning. She stated Attitude andAttire, Body language and Behaviour, Communication and Confidence will help to win the challenges. She also had provided tips to crack the interviews. Since competition is very intense, consistent practice, good amount of knowledge and sound communication skills help out the graduates to raise their confidence level. Mr.PrashanthMankar, co-ordinator, ITM Group of Institutions was present during the programme.
Coordinator of the Career Guidance and Placement and ED Cell Mrs.Pushpalatha welcomed the guests,Dr.MaliniK.V. Prinicpal in her address mentioned the importance of the workshop to students community. Co-Conveners Mrs.Babita S and Mrs.Ashajyothi had assisted in the conduction of the programme. 340 students’ haveobtained benefit from the programme. The students have well appreciated the programme.
