A seminar on “Alternate Redressal Mechanism of Consumers” was conducted for the members of Consumer Forum Association on December 18, 2019 in Commerce Lab at 3.15 PM. The resource person Mrs. Vinoda V. Nayak, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce started the session by giving an introduction to the procedures of Alternate Redressal Mechanism. She highlighted on the various cases and instances faced by the consumers in day to day activities and also procedure to get redressed. Students were given cases and asked to enact about the same. 20 students of Consumer Forum Association along with the staff coordinators Mrs. Jayashree Shetty and Mrs. Ashalatha attended this session.
