The Department of Business Administration in association with Training Institute of Mangalore- NIIT Bejai, conducted a seminar, “Career in Private Sector Banking”, on January 22, 2020 at Room No 8. This training was specially organized to the final BBA students to make them to focus on career opportunities in private sector Banking.Trainers Mrs. Pavitra and Ms. Savitha have explained various types of soft skills to be expected by the employees to retain their customer relations during the course of business. Student Leader Mr.Vaishno expressed gratitude on behalf of participants. 30 Students learnt the skills and intelligence to be possessed to get and retain the most challenging jobs in the present era of competition.
