We are collectively facing a pandemic threat that is sweeping across the humanity beyond oceans and boarders. Considering the seriousness of the COVID -19 and to stop spreading the disease Youth Red Cross Volunteers under the guidance of Youth Red Cross Programme officers Mrs. Smitha M & Mrs. Roopashree K.P started the awareness programme through social media platform on April 22, 2020. They prepared the poster related to symptoms of the dangerous disease COVID -19, mode of transmission in a society, how to control the disease, safety measures to be followed, method of sanitization etc, and then converted these poster into video.
The virus is now spreading, which means that appropriate awareness training in the institution will play an integral role in helping to stop the spreading of this Corona virus.48 YRC volunteers joined hand together in this awareness programme.
