The leadership training programme was organized by Student Welfare Association of Canara College, Mangalore on December 10, 2021 in seminar hall. It was conducted with the intention to provide leadership training to all the members of Student Welfare Council. Mr. Mithun Bhat Kakunje was the chief guest. All the class representatives and office bearers of various associations took part in this programme.
Miss.Aparna shenoy, Vice President compered the programme. Mr.Shrihari, President of the college, welcomed the Resource Person, Mr. Mithun Bhat Kakunje. Deepak Hegde introduced the Resource Person to the gathering.
This training helped the students in developing critical thinking skills. Various activities were conducted by the resource person for the students to understand and be able to use a process of decision making. This programme helped the students in developing their vital skills that a leader should have to become more effective.
A leader is the person, who always leads his team and achieves the target. By this Mr. Manish, Joint Secretary proposed by vote of thanks.
