A session on “Online Shopping-Issues and Challenges” for the students of Consumer Forum Association was conducted on January 12, 2022 by Mrs Seema Prabhu S ,Assistant Professor,Canara College .The main objective of the session was to understand the concept of online shopping and the tips for safe online shopping. The felicitator of the session highlighted on the basic concepts of online shopping .She also gave insight on the issues related to product quality, logistic related problems, payment issues and ambiguous website policies. In her presentation she has highlighted some of the leading cases and gave some tips for safe online shopping for the customers. The session was attended by 25 students.
