To nurture the students with the Management skills & also identify the new hidden talents among the First year students, training programme was conducted by seniors. The students were first divided into groups according to the number of events based on their choice and interest. Then for each group, event mentors were assigned in order to explain the respective events they have chosen and inputs were given regarding different rounds in detail. Rounds such as allegation, presentation regarding new product launch, preparing resume, stress interview etc were discussed.
This initiative of the seniors was appreciated and well received by the first year students. The students became aware of the various rounds involved in a particular event. It also helped to boost the self-confidence and served to achieve the core values of fostering global competency and eliciting quest for excellence amongst the students.
Mr. Neel Goradia of III Bcom along with his team Deepak, Joyston Saldhana, Sampreeth Shetty, Maithri, Deeksha Sharma, Saisanketh, Anusha Shet, Sumukh Acharya, Nishanth Shetty, Shrihari and Aarti Goad co-ordinated the activity.
