Department of Hindi in association with Mangalore University Hindi Adhyapak Sangh (MUHAS) conducted a resourceful 1-Day Workshop for all Hindi Language Teachers, under Mangalore University. The event was inaugurated by Dr. P. Subramanya Yedapaditaya,Vice Chancellor, Mangalore University who addressed the gathering on how Hindi language has played an important role in delivering and understanding values. He also elaborated on how the language has a scientific outline which in-turn benefits and influences the future of students across the country. The Guest of Honor, Dr. Narayan Shetty, Principal, Bhandarkar’s College Kundapura, said that Hindi language successfully builds a bridge to the eminent languages of the world. The event was presided by Dr. Premlatha V, Principal, Canara College Mangaluru and Dr. Kalpana Prabhu J, President, MUHAS was the host of the workshop. Dr. Suma Rodanvar, Vice-President, MUHAS was the Master of Ceremony and Prof. Prafulla B, Secretary, MUHAS delivered the vote of thanks.
