Investor’s Club of our college organized a session on the fundamental and technical aspects of equity market for the students of BCA and BSc, who opted for the open elective subject “Investing in stock market.” The session was conducted on July 27, 2022. The core objective of this session was to give basic information on the basics of stock market to the students who are from science background. Student Convener Mr. Deepak gave an insight on how to ascertain the fundamental background of a company especially its revenue, profit margin etc. Mr. Adarsh spoke about the corporate actions of the company related to bonus of shares, stock split etc. Mr.Yashpal gave a brief idea about the technical aspects of equity, regarding how to negotiate stocks based on the chart analysis with the examples. Staff Convener Dr. Prashanth and Mr. Karthik Kamath were present on the occasion.
