The Certificate Distribution Programme of 5 days EDP Training by Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell in association with UNDP and SAP Lab, Seventh Sense People Development Solutions Pvt Ltd. was held on August 30, 2022 in Seminar Hall at 10.00 a.m.
The Chief Guest of the programme Mr. Umesh Mahadevappa, UNDP Entrepreneurship Assistant, proclaimed that, the students along with their good ideas should utilize the Government Schemes to become a good entrepreneur. He highlighted that students should be abreast with the latest technology.District Community Mobilizer and EDP Trainer, Ms. Lydia Annet Gonsalves, requested the students to donate a part of the profit from the business towards Charity work. Mr. Keerthanraj T.S, District Community Mobilizer and EDP Trainer highlighted that, students should have a clear observation towards employability and should make the best use of the opportunities provided to them.
Speaking on the occasion, The Principal of the College, Dr. Premalatha V, in her presidential remark, encouraged and motivated the students to become a good entrepreneur and a good citizen of the Country.Ms. Deeksha and Mr. Ashwin Kumar, District Community Mobilizers and EDP Trainers, were present in the Certificate Distribution Programme. A total number of 178 students benefited from this 5 day EDP Training. A total number of 40 students participated in the Certificate Distribution Programme.
The session was coordinated by Mrs. Usha Nayak and Mrs. Vinoda V. Nayak, the convenors of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell. Mrs. Usha Nayak, welcomed the gathering. Ms. Ashwini Hegde compered the programme and proposed the vote of thanks.
