Mental health has a direct impact on academic success and it is important to cultivate practices that support emotional well-being. A Capacity Building Programme on “Mental and Emotional Well-Being” was organized by the Department of Commerce and Management on January 2, 2023 for B. Com students. Dr. Vijna Kishor Rao, Holistic Health Care Practitioner, Ahmedabad and alumna of the college was the resource person.
