In the spirit of teamwork, team building activities aim to improve the morale of the YRC volunteers. Through its activities, they not only foster teamwork but also have fun while doing it. The YRC unit of our college conducted a “Build a Bond” interactive team building activity for the volunteers on April 26, 2023, at Room 2. This was done with the intention of encouraging the YRC volunteers to create an environment that nurtures creativity among one another. Mrs. Vinoda V. Nayak, Assistant Professor in Commerce and Management, was the resource person for the event. Mrs. Smitha M., YRC Programme Officer, welcomed the resource person. Mrs. Vinoda Nayak eventually took over the session. The resource person led various team-building and brainstorming exercises, and all of the volunteers participated in them with enthusiasm. The exercises and questions focus on encouraging cooperation, sharing, listing, creativity, and other traits. Under the direction of YRC Program Officers Mrs. Smitha M. and Mrs. Roopashri K.P., 31 YRC volunteers participated in the activity.
