The Webinar titled “Principles of Investing” was organized by the Department of Commerce and Management, in association with Bombay Stock Exchange Limited for Final B.Com students on May 04, 2023 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm through Google Meet.
The Resource Person of the webinar was Ms. Marina Jose, BSE Trainer. The objectives of the program were to introduce students to the world of investing with emphasis on how to choose the right company and to highlight the common mistakes made by the investors. In this webinar, she also briefed the students about the fundamental principles of investments which every investor need to know before investing. In her presentation she emphasized on long term and diversified investments in fundamentally strong companies for safe investments. She also gave inputs on certain Do’s and Don’ts in investing. Fifty students actively participated in this webinar.
