To develop the students’ creativity and originality in the field of humanitarian services of the World Red Cross, the Youth Red Cross unit of our college organized a poster-making activity for the volunteers on account of World Red Cross Day on May 8, 2023. The volunteers were asked to make creative posters on the humanitarian services of the Red Cross Society and also the activities of the Red Cross. 35 students enthusiastically made posters and submitted them to the program officers.

They created magnificent and intriguing posters that illustrated the significance of recognizing Red Cross Day. The purpose of the poster-making exercise is not just to evaluate the students’ creativity but also to get them thinking about current World Red Cross initiatives and their own personal ambitions. The program officers, Mrs. Smitha M. and Mrs. Roopashri K.P., expressed their appreciation and encouragement for these posters in great detail. This activity fostered global competencies and human excellence among the students.
