The Collage is a unique technique of combining imagination and creativity. To draw out the immense creativity of the students, a Collage Making Competition on the theme “Beat the Plastics” was organized for the students of Science Association as a part of World Environment Day on June 07, 2023, at 3.30 pm in room number 17. It was a group activity with 24 active participants. Students exhibited their creativity and ideas through their collage.
The event was conducted by Ms. Vikitha V., Student Convenor under the guidance of Mrs. Pushpanjali S., and Mrs. Poornima, Faculty Convenors of Science Association. All the participants brought the newspapers, magazines, scissors and other required materials to create interesting displays as per the theme. The time allotted was one hour. All the students participated enthusiastically with a competitive spirit.
The competition was judged by Mrs. Pushpanjali S., Mrs. Poornima, and Mrs. Vijetha, Asst. Professor, Department of Computer Science and Applications.The first and second prize was bagged by Shreeraksha & Shravya H., of I B.Sc. and Vidyabhushan P. & Shreethesh, of II B.Sc. respectively.
