Centre for Post Graduate Studies in Commerce organized a session for BCom students on Email Etiquette Essentials on May 15, 2024, in the PG Department Computer Lab at 2.00 pm. The session focused on providing the students with the key principles and best practices for professional email communication. The session enhanced the student’s email writing skills to ensure clarity, professionalism, and effectiveness in their digital correspondence. Hands-on activities where students composed and reviewed sample emails, applying the principles discussed during the session were given. Participants asked questions and clarified their doubts on the topic. Mrs.Swathi Nayak, PG coordinator, addressed students and briefed them about the necessity of knowing proper email etiquette. Mrs.Megha was the resource person for the session and 40 students took active part.
