The student members of the ASHC visited all the I year classes to create awareness sessions on the existence and functions of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell with a poster presentation and briefing the students about what is termed sexual harassment, the functions, duties, and responsibilities shouldered by the Cell in keeping such incidences at bay, and redressal mechanisms in the event of occurrences of sexual harassment cases, if any, within the campus. Approximately 456 students belonging to B.com, BSC, BCA, and BBA were sensitized via the above program.
