In order to create interest in science courses, a “BASIC SCIENCE LAB” for high school students was conducted in the Botany lab under the guidance of Ms. Madhushree, Head, Department of Botany, on August 10, 2018. About 9 schools, with a strength of 100 students from Mangalore, attended the programme.
The experimental demonstration started at 10.30 A.M in the botany lab to know and learn about the experiments. 40 students from II and III BZC and members of the Science Association and Nature Club were involved in demonstrations of experiments. Nearly 100 students and 10 teachers participated in this programme from ten high schools. These activities help our students and also high school students to develop skills in modern technology and to gain current
information.
