The educational field visit to Kotekar Beeri and Ullal was conducted by the Department of Botany on September 01, 2018 to Kotekar Beeri,Ullal Someshwar and nearby places for 40 students of I BZC students. During the study field trip, different types of freshwater algae, marine algae, fungi, and bryophyte species as mentioned in the syllabus were collected. Ms. Madhushree, Head, Department of Botany, Dr. Sharath Chandra K and Ms. Nishvitha Shetty, guided the students in specimen collection. The lab assistant, Mr. Prashnath, helped the students in collecting the specimens.
