As a part of social initiatives and concerns, a group of 18 students undertook a one-day extension activity by serving in a field located in Kuthyar, Udupi, on October 15, 2018. On arrival at the farm, Shri. Raghavendra Achayra, the owner of the farm, heartily welcomed the students. He accompanied the students on a visit and along the course he shared some valuable and informative inputs pertaining to his field, its specialty, the nature of the yield, processes involved, and so on.
