Yoga is not just a practice but a powerful tool with which one can attain harmony of mind, body, and soul. Yoga is a great way to soothe the mind & body as one feels a greater sense of freedom while doing yoga movements. Yoga posses a unique ability to make the body alert but relaxed. Yoga doesn’t deal with the physical wellness alone but it also has a great influence over the mental and spiritual wellness. With objective of familiarizing the Yoga Poses, NSS Units of Canara College, Mangaluru “Saha – Yoga” – Online Campaign of Physical and Mental Wellbeing from June 14 to June 29, 2021 for 16 days.
It was a great opportunity and pleasing experience for 22 NSS volunteers to create the poster and share it on their Whatsapp Status, Instagram Handles and Face Book Pages. These posters were uploaded in the College Official Face Book Account and NSS Instagram Handle. The awareness programme was conducted by NSS volunteers under the leadership of NSS Program Officer Mrs. Seema Prabhu S. This initiative was very much appreciated by the State NSS Office, Bangalore and NSS office of Mangalore University.
