Commerce and Management Association organized an inter class fest for the students of first and second years “OTT -2021” on December 3,2021. This one day mega event was aimed at discovering the hidden talents of first and second year students in the institute. The motive of this fest will be focused on improving the management skills and knowledge of the fresher’s as well as the second years. It also aims in understanding why ethics is very important for the business and how do we incorporate it in their journey towards success. The fest was organized so as to motivate the students to participate actively in all the events and take a leap towards Victory. The events organized in the fest will help them to be competitive and sportive in order to accomplish their further career goals. The Major events of the fest included Best Manager, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Public Relation and business Quiz. 64 students participated in the fest.

It offered an apt platform to unleash their latent potentials and proved to bring out the best and ultimate in its participants and organizers. This fest was beneficial for the students and it served to achieve the core values of fostering global competency and eliciting quest for excellence amongst the students. Association convenors- Mrs. Laxmi Hegde and Ms. Priyanka directed and coordinated in the smooth conduct of the same.
