The students of II M Com and I M Com opened their Demat Account at Zerodha Brokers, MG Road Mangaluru, on December 9, 2021 and on February 05, 2022 respectively. Students were instructed to open a demat account in order to gain a better understanding of how the stock market works. The goal was to instil a saving culture among pupils and encourage them to invest their pocket money and other minor deposits. 13 students of II M Com and 10 students of I M Com have opened their demat account.
The programme aims to achieve core values such as professional development and technology promotion.
