The centre for advanced studies in commerce and management had organized an e-workshop on “Basics of Research writing” by Dr.Vasappa Gowda, Mangalore. He explained briefly the systematic order to be followed in Research writing. He emphasized how effective a research title should be and the sample size to be followed. He also mentioned about Plagiarism Check applications that students can use to check for Plagiarism. He recommended publication manual APA style books for better understanding, writing and formatting annotated bibliographies. The session was attended by 38 participants.
The Students were able to understand the process of writing research papers and link it with project reports. This activity aims to achieve global competency and quest for excellence.
