The science quiz competition inculcate in the minds of the young students a spirit of scientific enquiry and analytical thinking. To provide an opportunity for Science students for wider reading with explore the knowledge in the various fields of Science the department of Chemistry organized the Science quiz competition for BSc and BCA students on January 14, 2022 . Through this competition students ability to know more thus making them curious was successful. They develop a habit searching for information and self learn. From this reference students will get the knowledge of competitive exams. The quiz competition conducted with 25 MCQ questions will helps the students to take up general awareness paper in most of the competitive exams.
23 teams of 46 students actively took part in this competition and winners of the competition was declared by the department and was published on the Departmental notice board. Vikesh and Mohammed Ashveer from III BSc coordinated the quiz competition.

First Prize : adarsh V Nayak & V. Dheeraj Shenoy ( III BSc )
Second Prize: Kavya Nayak & Sindhu H.S. (III BSc )
Third Prize: Sheethal Pai & Shweta Priya (II BSc)
This activity for I year students provided an opportunity to improve their analytical and conceptual skills. Students got an opportunity to strive for excellence and put their best.
