Investor club of our college, did student exchange program with Swasthika National School Mangalore on January 6, 2022. The main objective of the program was to share the knowledge on different modes of investment to the students. Staff Co-Ordinator Dr.Prashanth in his inaugural speech guided the students’ different ways of investment. Ms.Aarthi spoke about advantage of investing at young age.
Student Convenor Adarsh explained the students, how to apply for the PAN card, Filling of IT Returns, tax benefits of investment etc. Students were shown hands on experience of filling the tax assessment. Mr Deepak shared the information about stock market investment, where he guided the students about Intraday, short term and long term investment. Swastika College Chairman Dr.Raghavendra Holla presided over the program, in his presidential remark, he urged the students to develop the saving and Investment habit at a young age which will develop the financial independence at a young age.
