On account of “Antharrashtreeya Mathru Bhasha Diwas” Hindi Association of Canara College conducted an event on February 23, 2022 in one of the classrooms. Convenor of Hindi Association Mrs. Sujatha G. Nayak organized the event, wherein students talked about their mother tongue, its significance and also exhibited the cultural aspects of it, by singing folk songs. This activity helped the students to realise the importance of the rich cultural heritage of their mother tongue. The welcome speech was given by Ms. Adamya ( II BCom B), Secretary Hindi Association and Ms. Bhargavi ( II BCom B), member of the association proposed the vote of thanks.15 students are participated in event.
