India celebrates Children’s Day on November 14 to commemorate the birth anniversary of the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. The Centre for Post Graduate Studies in Commerce celebrated Children’s Day 2022 at Bokkapatna Govt. Higher Primary School, Mannagudda, Mangaluru. 15 students actively participated in the hour-long event by engaging the school children in various activities.
The PG Coordinator, Mrs. Swathi Nayak and department faculty members handed over stationery items for the use of the school children. School Headmistress Mrs. Dresil Lilly Menezes proposed the Vote of Thanks.
Our students intended to gain a sense of social integration through this extension activity. The activity aimed to contribute to national development and inculcate a value system among students.
