On the occasion of the 50th Annual Day Celebration, the Fine Arts Association organized a Hairstyle Competition on March 31, 2023, in Lecture Hall No. 2. A total of 9 students participated in this competition, and the rules were communicated well in advance to all the participants. Each participant had to choose a model (any one student) on whom they would perform the hairstyling. The competitors were evaluated based on their creativity, originality, and the overall finished effect of their hairstyles.
The judges for the competition were Mrs. Deepa S Kamath and Mrs. Vidya Kamath. Ms. M Varsha from II Bcom C won First Place, Ms. Kulal Vomarsha Vaman bagged second place, and Ms. K Chaitanya S won Third place in this competition. The interest of all the participants was well appreciated by the judges.
Mrs. Jayashree Shetty, Convener of the association, along with Mrs. Keerthi Alva, Mrs. Laxmi Hedge, Mrs. Soujanya D, and Mrs. Kavitha Ganesh, co-conveners, coordinated the activity.It strived to promote the of quest for excellence and fostering global competency.
