To bring out the creative expression of the students and gauge their awareness quotient, the department of chemistry, under the guidance of Mrs. Roopashri K. P. and Mrs. Soujanya D., organized a poster making activity for Chemistry Open elective students on June 16 and 17, 2023. The activity was organized around the topic “Green Chemistry and Clean Energy Sources.” Students were divided into various groups of a maximum three in each team and made to prepare creative posters on the above topic. The activity was conducted for 2 hours (1 hour per day). 123 students displayed their artistic skills through an array of posters on the given topics. In this activity, students used their knowledge, understanding and awareness in creating their posters to raise other students’ knowledge, understanding and awareness about the significant theme, topic, or question whenever and wherever they go.
