On the eve of World Environmental Day, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, in association with the Commerce and Management Association organized a competition on making Eco-friendly products for the students of the association, on June 14, 2024, at 3.30 p.m. in Room No. 1. They were given 45 minutes and were asked to prepare some eco-friendly products. A total of 54 students in 12 groups participated in the same. Each team came up with an innovative product like a pen stand, dustbin, cloth bags, and flower vase, which are recycled products, biodegradable products, and innovative sustainable designs. It was a remarkable event aimed at fostering environmental awareness and encouraging innovation in sustainable product design. The students showcased their creativity and commitment to sustainability by developing products that reduce environmental impact. The competition was judged by Mrs. Keerthana Bhat, Dept. of English, and Ms. Pratheeksha, Commerce and Management Department. The winners are awarded with prizes. The participants benefited from this competition. This competition helped contribute to national development.
