Unlocking potential through skill enhancement is a structured initiative designed to equip individuals with specific skills, knowledge, and competencies, enabling them to excel in their chosen fields. This program was facilitated by Mr. Shubham Kulal, Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science & Applications. He conducted various interactive and practical activities designed to enhance participants’ soft skills. The program featured a variety of hands-on activities and discussions, allowing participants to develop and practice critical interpersonal and professional skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership.
Ms. Bhavana K, a member of the IT Association, welcomed the guest and the gathering. Mr. Shrinidhi, another member of the IT Association, proposed the vote of thanks. Ms.Shrinidhi, members of the Association, rendered the invocation. Ms.Kushika, a member of the IT Association, compered the program. Mrs.Vinutha, and Mrs. Rakshitha, the Convenors of the IT Association, were also present. Altogether, 71 members of the association actively took part in this program.
