August 10, 2024

In today’s world road and transport has become an integral part of every human being. Everybody is a road user in one way or the other. The present transport system has minimized the distances but it has on the other hand increased the life risk. Road accidents can have far-reaching consequences including permanent injuries, loss of life, property damage and financial burdens.

In India itself about eight thousand people are killed in road crashes every year which is 13% of the total fatality all over the world. Man behind the wheel plays an important role in most of the crashes. In most cases, accidents occur due to carelessness, non-adherence to road safety precautions, lack of road safety awareness and violation of traffic rules.
